Digital Product — Immediate Delivery

SAJU Korea provides a digital fortune reading service that is delivered immediately upon payment. Because the reading is generated and displayed instantly, the service is considered fully delivered at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital content that is delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a reading has been generated. However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

• Technical failure — if you paid but did not receive your reading due to a technical error
• Duplicate charge — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same reading
• Payment error — if the wrong amount was charged

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at dosa@saju.mobile with:

• Your transaction ID or payment confirmation
• The email address used for payment
• A description of the issue

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed through PayPal. Refunds are processed through PayPal and returned to the original payment method.
